I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the Cheltenham area and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the overall high quality of the experience. The location of the hotel was also perfect, being close enough to the town centre but still offering a peaceful setting in the skittle alley. The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was top-notch. The basic amenities provided in the room were more than satisfactory, and I particularly appreciated the shared bathroom being so clean and well-maintained. Finally, the breakfast served was simply delicious, with a range of options to choose from.
My experience at this hotel was absolutely fine.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a wonderful time. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect as it was close to all the main attractions and shops. The atmosphere at the hotel was very cozy and festive, perfect for the holiday season. The Christmas decorations were beautiful, and we even got to enjoy some live music in the pub in the evenings. The breakfast, included in the package, was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay.
That the parking was limited, and we had to park a couple of streets away, but it wasn't too much of a hassle. , the hotel could benefit from having a lift as we had to carry our suitcases up a few flights of stairs to get to our room, but the staff offered to assist us with this.
